Our host Rosario was a very kind and friendly professional host who made us feel very welcome. The communication was perfect and the arramgements could not have been easier. The breakfast was great-italian style simple : we had a fanstastic coffee in the morning , served with iced fresh water and a freshly baked patisserie. Rosario asked kindly to choose from a menu the day before and everything was kindly served in the beautiful quiet courtyard in the morning. Could not have been better for us. The rooms were very clean and stylish and comfortable and everything you expect from the photographs and even better. Crisp white linen and white fluffy towels, roomservice was not expected, but did tidy up while we were away for our activities during the day. We enjoyed a 5-star boutique hotel style accomodation in an even better private room set-up with one-to-one care from Rosario. Thank you so much Rosario. We will come back and warmly recommend your place.

Rosario was an excellent host. He was very accommodating, flexible and responsive to meet our needs. The B&B was beautiful. Very tastefully decorated and comfortable with very high end features. The bathroom was modern, and the shower pressure was excellent. The location was ideal. Only a few minutes walking to the old city. We parked right in front of the property for free during the two days we were there and did not need to move the car. We had no problems. Had we not found parking on the street, we had a very nice Plan B with a parking garage offered to us by Rosario. He offered to take the car there for us. The coffee and tea and snacks offered were very good also. And we had a small refrigerator in our room with water, juice and wine, which is was convenient. The onboarding process, including providing us with a link a map to favorites places to visit and eat, was excellent. We hope to be back again!

The property is located just a few minutes from the old town with lots of free parking around. The room was very spatious with a good mix of traditional and modern design, clean and very quiet. The host was very friendly and welcoming. He was very flexible with the check-in/check-out time and even gave us a small departure gift.

Very refined structure already visible from the pictures,large room,comfortable and spacious bed, beautiful bathroom with large shower and excellent water flow. Superb breakfast with local products,all surrounded by a structure that tells the story. My compliments.

Very modern, ultra clean facility, all built within a building of excellent architecture and great history. Extremely close to the entry to the old town. Amazing attention to detail throughout the complex. Towels were soft , shower pressure was excellent. A very special boutique hotel.
